Superior Commercial Cleaning is a locally owned and operated commercial cleaning company who has a vested interest in the success of St Louis businesses since 2007. We are bonded, insured and carry workmans compensation to provide security for our customers and staff.

01. How Do I Contact You?

We answer all phone calls, emails and text messages received between 7am and 8:30pm. If you leave a voicemail or send an email outside these hours, we will respond no later than 10:00am the following business day. Please feel free to leave a note for our cleaning technicians at your time of service. You may include comments, needs, likes, dislikes, etc. We are here to serve you and your input is invaluable and appreciated.

02. Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

We make every effort to ensure you have your regular cleaning technician each visit, but this is not a guarantee. Due to illness, vacations, promotions, etc we may occasionally need to replace your cleaning technician.

We will always be respectful in your Office. There is no smoking, eating, drinking (other than water) allowed in your office, nor do our cleaning technicians watch TV or play the radio. They do not answer the phone or door. Our only purpose while in your Office is to clean.

03. Do you have a guarantee?

We have built our business reputation by providing our clients with the best possible service available anywhere. Still, we realize that because we are human, things will from time to time get missed. Should this happen, please phone our office at (314) 556 9506 or email us at Katherine@[email protected] within 24 hours and we will come back or we will make a note to rectify this on our next visit at no charge to you.

04. What supplies do I need to provide?

We provide our own cleaning products including cleaning agents and microfiber towels. We pride ourselves in our state of the art cleaning practices. We use color coded microfiber technology ensuring the avoidance of cross contamination. Our cleaning agents are hospital grade for disinfection purposes and for those that prefer Eco- Friendly cleaning, we offer Green cleaning products.

If you have specific products you prefer, just leave them out and we will gladly use them. (If you would like to avoid the transference of dirt and dander, we ask that you provide a good working vacuum for carpets and canister vacuum for hard wood floors. Please ask us about which one we recommend).

05. When do the cleaners visit?

Please allow us the flexibility of scheduling our cleaning between 6:00am and 5:00pm for those that require cleaning during the day and from 5.00pm to 6.00am. We try to schedule our cleanings in an order that requires the least amount of drive time in an effort to maintain our prices and avoid trip fees. If you require an AM or PM cleaning time, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however no exact start times are guaranteed.

06. How do I schedule a change?

We do our best to stay on schedule. However, if a change is necessary we will let you know as soon as possible and would ask that you do the same. Please call or email 314-556-9506 or email [email protected] office for any scheduling changes.Our cleaning technicians do not have the ability to change schedules. To avoid us been locked out, we suggest we either get a code or key to get in

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise we charge a $150 cancelation fee or lockout fee

07. How do I pay for services?

Payment by check or credit card is due within 3 days of invoicing. Checks are to be made out to Superior Commercial Cleaning

If payment is not received, a $25.00 billing service charge will be added unless prior arrangements have been made. You may also mail or leave a check for the entire month at the time of your first cleaning. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each NSF check returned by the bank.

We also accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). There is a 2.75% credit processing fee incurred for each credit card transaction. To pay by credit card, simply give our office a call and we will process your payment over the phone.

08. How do your handle my security system?

If your office is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in the “off” position or call our office with the code and proper directions for use. If the code should change, please let us know so you do not incur a lock-out fee.

09. What happens if something is broken?

If you have something that is priceless and/or irreplaceable, please put it away. It is very rare, but if accidentally something gets broken. Your cleaning tech will let our office know right away, as well as leave you a note alongside the broken/damaged item. We do our best to replace it

10. What is your hiring process?

Candidates are interviewed, go thorough drug screens and background checks are performed, employment paperwork and company policies are reviewed and assignments are issued, training videos, on-site training, and other training materials are provided.

11. What safety programs including safety training for employees, do you have in place?

All employees are required to complete Bloodborne Pathogen and Hazardous Communications training prior to being assigned.

12. What is your company’s Quality Assurance Program?

All employees are screened and trained prior to beginning work at any facility. Monthly inspections are performed by our Operations Manager to ensure that the cleaning is up to our high standards and written records are kept of these inspections for future reference. Superior Commercial Cleaning is on call 24/7 to address any issues / emergencies that may arise and will be on site ASAP to assist. We are prepared to go above and beyond to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

13. In what areas does your company currently provide services?

St. Louis county, St. Louis city, St Charles county South city and county We are not restricted to these areas and are willing to provide services wherever a customer needs us.

14. What are some quality and/or continuous improvement initiatives currently in place at your company?

We, at Superior commercial cleaning continuously strive to provide the highest quality of service for our customers by attending equipment / product seminars and keeping up to date with the latest techniques, technologies and equipment (micro-fiber cleaning cloths, hypoallergenic vacuums, etc.).

15. What are your holidays?

We work everyday with exception of Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Day and Easter. Please check your schedule in advance and let us know if we need to reschedule to avoid a late cancellation fee.
